As a older woman, I was terrified of working with a personal trainer. To know that
Kim has a college degree in Physical Education and Nutrition as well as many years
of experience gave me trust. So I tried it. And She is wonderful, she finds the
perfect balance. She pushes me to improve enough that I have a few sore muscles but I have
never been injured under her care. Because I have injuries, I didn't want that to happen again.
I find I have more energy, need no days off to rest the way I used to do. I can lift the
groceries, move the furniture and lift my grandchild with ease. I can climb stairs and have
better balance. She has expert advice about eating frequently to keep my metabolism high
and my diet has vastly improved. She is a positive person and always gives me enthusiasm
